Monthly Round-Up: July 2020

July is usually one of the quieter periods of the year for a tutor but, this year, all forms of normality seem to have been thrown up into the air due to the ongoing pandemic.

We have continued to be very busy through July, even with the end of the academic year coming in the third week. At the start of the month, we released our new Refer A Friend scheme, which incentivises parents if a friend purchases a set of lessons with us.

We believe that word of mouth is so important and we are already getting the benefits of this, which is brilliant, and we are very thankful to our students and their parents for their support.

At the end of the month, we also made the decision to begin offering face-to-face tuition once again, after months of having all sessions online. From August 3rd, we are giving students the chance to return to face to face, or continuing online if they wish. All face to face lessons will adhere to the latest COVID-19 guidelines .

We are also looking ahead to September, with the hope that schools will be open at the beginning of the new academic year. We have already had a handful of new enquiries for September, alongside returning students.

For now though, we will enjoy August, with a more flexible schedule allowing us to keep working hard behind the scenes.

Enjoy your summer and stay safe,
